How to use Nizoral Shampoo 6ml (0.21 oz) Sachet 2% Ketoconazole?

1. Wet hair. 2. Apply a small amount to scalp. Work into a lather. 3. For best results leave on scalp for 3-5 minutes. 4. Rinse thoroughly. For the first 2 to 4 weeks: use every 3 or 4 days to clear dandruff. Thereafter: use once every 1 or 2 weeks to prevent dandruff from coming back.

For Tinea Versicolor, wash your body with Nizoral Shampoo once every one to two weeks.

Precautions

To prevent a rebound effect after stopping a prolonged treatment with topical corticosteroids, it is recommended to continue applying Nizoral Shampoo 2% and to subsequently and gradually withdrawn the steroid theraphy over a period of 2-3 weeks. 

Nizoral Shampoo is contraindicated for patients who are hypersensitive to Ketoconazole. For topical use only. Store at 25 degree celsius or below. Keep out of reach of children.
