Shipping & Delivery

We offer United States and worldwide shipping with various methods to suit your needs:

  • USPS Standard: Your package generally arrives within 9–19 business days.
  • UPS/DHL Priority Express: 72–120 hours (business days) for the fastest delivery option. Highly recommended if you are in a rush.

All items ship from our locations in the U.S., Australia, France, or Thailand. If you need a custom-designed delivery method for even faster service, contact us directly.

Reliable International Shipping

We have extensive experience shipping to nearly every country in the world. Our goal has always been to make ordering from outside the USA as easy as possible, which is why we carefully select shipping methods that are both fast and reliable. When your package arrives in your country, it will typically be delivered by your local post office.

Shipping Costs & Methods

During checkout, you will be prompted to choose your preferred shipping method. Shipping costs vary depending on the items in your order and your chosen shipping option. Your total shipping charges will appear automatically before you complete checkout.

  • Upgraded Shipping: You may opt to upgrade to a faster delivery method (UPS/DHL Priority Express).
  • Free Shipping: If your order is over $100 and qualifies for free shipping on selected items, we will ship via standard shipping (9–19 business days). Free shipping applies to Continental U.S. addresses only.

Business Days are Monday–Friday, excluding observed holidays in the United States, Canada, and France. You will not be charged for any item until it is shipped.

Customs Duties & Taxes

Duties and taxes vary by country. Orders shipped to locations outside France may be subject to additional fees once they enter the destination country. From our experience, most international customers do not pay extra, but if charged, it will occur at delivery. If you refuse the shipment due to these fees, we will refund the product cost once we receive the item back, but we cannot refund any shipping or return shipping fees.


Returns & Replacements

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, which is why we provide the following policy:

  • Exchange Policy: We gladly exchange items for another product of similar value, but all sales are final unless you have opted for our refund insurance policy.
  • Refund Insurance: For 5% of your order total, you can protect your purchase. Items must be returned within 30 days of the invoice date, unused and in original packaging with all tags/labels attached.
  • Return Process:
    1. Obtain a Return Number: Contact our customer service to get an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
    2. Ship Items Back: Send items to us postage paid, including a copy of the invoice and your Return Number.
    3. Refund Timeline: Approved refunds are generally processed within 15 business days after we receive the returned items.

Refused Shipments

If you refuse delivery, we apply a 15% refund insurance fee on the order. We do not refund any shipping costs for refused items. The refund for refused items will be issued within 15 business days after we receive the returned products.
